Chassis & steering

The chassis comprises all the components of a vehicle that create a connection with the road surface. These include the wheels wheel carriers brakes suspension and steering. Steering refers to all vehicle equipment used to change the direction of movement. In conventional vehicles steering devices are often used for this purpose which transmit a movement from the steering wheel via the steering column to the chassis.
