As precise and productive as on the first day

Exactly ten years ago - in 2007 - Supfina successfully commissioned a Planet V7 double-disk grinding machine at Feinstanz AG in Switzerland. Today, the Planet V7 is still in precise and highly productive use.

A reason to take a closer look at the customer and the system and to take a look at the future of double-disk grinding machines.

The Planet V7 double-disk grinding machine has a vertical grinding spindle arrangement for machining workpieces with a diameter of 10 to 180 mm and thicknesses of 1 to 100 mm. Depending on the requirements, the Planet V7 offers two different grinding processes, continuous and pendulum grinding.

After joint planning of the entire system, Supfina supplied the compact Planet V7 as a hooking machine with integrated switch cabinet and peripherals such as filter system, tool tower, lifting table, etc. to Feinstanz AG and integrated it into the production line within a very short time. Marco Gmür, Production Manager Feinstanz AG: "Even installed next to numerous automatic punching machines, the V7 has been performing to our complete satisfaction in our production since commissioning".
