Deburring

Deburring is necessary to remove edges fraying or splinters from workpieces. Burrs can occur during the manufacturing process of different workpieces and can impair the function of the end product.

Dial

The dial is attached to the front of a watch or other hand measuring device to display values noted on it. In conventional mechanical watches sections of the dial are labeled with the hours.

Double-disk grinding

Double-disk grinding enables machining of both sides of workpieces. The workpieces are passed between two grinding wheels in a workpiece carrier. Opposite surfaces are thus machined simultaneously which is why even large quantities can be produced quickly and cost-effectively.
