Superfinishing
Superfinish surfaces reduce friction and stick-slip effects, thereby contributing significantly to improving the efficiency and service life of hydraulic components. The high load-bearing capacity of the surface minimizes wear, stabilizes the lubricating film, and ensures maximum tightness, even under high pressures and dynamic loads.

Fine grinding
Double-sided parallel precision grinding is specially designed for the precise machining of flat workpieces. The components are placed in runner discs and guided between two rotating grinding wheels in an orbiting motion, achieving maximum parallelism.
