We provide customized Superfinishing tools that are tailored to your production process.You can also easily select and order tools over the internet: www.tools.supfina.com Spare parts are usually delivered within 24 hours. Within Germany and to neighboring countries, orders received by 1:00 pm are shipped via courier for same-day delivery. |

| Training |

The content of our training materials is targeted to specific user groups. Our clients can select their training facility of choice, be it at their site or at our factory.Documentation specifically adapted to the machine and to the workpieces of the client makes it easy for our clients to independently carry out necessary adjustments and programming changes, if needed. |

| Production support |

We support our clients during the initial phase as well as during production
- (e.g., in the finishing of workpieces with changed requirements in regards to tolerance, cycle time, dimensions, etc.)

 |
In order to keep productivity losses and down-times to a minimum, we are focussed on achieving the shortest service response times. Defect notificationsreceived by 5:00 pm, are handled on-site the following business day
Upon request, we can offer around-the-clock service as well as on-call service on Sundays and Holidays. |

| Online Support |

Online Support by Teleservice via modem lets us provide you with the most rapid support response times, e.g., for debugging machine software or for targeted fault analyses. The Teleservice results serve as a basis for each on-site service call. |

| Rebuilds / complete refurbishments |

In cooperation with our clients, we develop rebuilds and complete refurbishments. Depending on your preferences, we can complete the work at our facility or at your site |

| Used Machines |

In addition to new machine developments, we also offer low-cost used machines. These have undergone a complete refurbishing at our factory, bear the CE Mark and are customized to the client's specific requirements. |
